into a ‘miscellaneous’ errors and admissions universe with a streamlined submission process. For many
submissions we will need only the basic information – name, location, annual revenue,
profession, number of employees, and claims history.

Based on the information provided, applicants will fall into one of two categories:

1. Rapid Response –
No supplemental applications, loss runs or subjectivities to bind and issue policies
provided there are no claims, required limits are $1,000,000/$3,000,000 or less, and EPL
limits are $25,000.
2. Streamlined Service – If revenues exceed the threshold of the profession, if there is a history
of claims or if increased limits are required, more details will be required to provide a quotation.
